Mrs. Lewis has extensive experience in customer service and administration, having held supervisory and managerial roles. As PMI’s Operations Manager, she oversees best practices, resource management, operational compliance, and strategic development. Additionally, she has corporate governance experience from her role as Corporate Secretary for the National Bank of the Virgin Islands and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Computer Science from Barry University.
